Hello, I’m Maria Grazia, and every day I dedicate myself to you with passion.
At breakfast, I prepare cakes and savoury pastries, blending ancient Salento flavours with subtle international inspirations, to offer authentic yet surprising tastes.
Among the scents of the gardens, the aroma of coffee and freshly baked cakes, you will find my Salento specialities — created to make breakfast a moment of true delight.
Sabrina CAGNAZZO
Nice to meet you, my name is Sabrina and I take care of Guest reception.
I will be among the first people you meet upon arrival, ready to listen and understand your needs, ensuring your stay flows with ease and serenity.
It will be my pleasure to accompany you through this experience and make every moment at Tre Bacili special.
Damiana RIZZO
Welcome! I’m Damiana, and my role is to take care of the rooms, so you can always enjoy pleasant and orderly spaces.

Fabio CASARANO
Warm greetings from Fabio. I am the Chef of the Mansion and I accompany Guests on a journey through flavours, aromas and emotions.
I love telling the story of the land through cuisine, preparing authentic dishes for you — or together with you — just as they were made in the past.
With me, you will discover the magic of hand-made pasta: sagne ‘ncannulate, orecchiette, maccheroni and many other traditional delights, paired with excellent local wines.
If you love the sea, I will guide you through its flavours: fresh fish, golden olive oil, lemon zest and wild herbs carrying the energy of the Salento coast.

Salvatore De PASCALI
Hello, I’m Salvatore, and I like to call myself the “green craftsman”.
I take care of the gardens and outdoor spaces so that, upon arrival, you are welcomed by harmo-ny, beauty and tranquillity.
Lush plants, floral scents, crystal-clear pool water and discreet order carry my signature through small daily gestures that make the residence feel alive.
I am also your point of reference for mainte-nance, ensuring everything works perfectly so you can enjoy an excellent stay.
Filippo BACILE di CASTIGLIONE
Allow me to introduce myself: I am Filippo, born in Florence to a Sienese mother and a father from Lecce.
Divided between the gentle Tuscan hills and the strength of the Salento hinterland, I chose to create here a place that unites my vision of hospitality with the art of welcoming.
I am the involuntary heir to a noble title belonging to an ancient family rooted in Lecce, Castiglione, San Nicola and Spongano — though I always say that the true Baron is my son Pietro, born in 2019, in the same days the Mansion took shape.
With Tre Bacili, I wish to offer you an authentic refuge, where history and contemporary life meet through historic architecture, art, design and genuine care.
