Maria Grazia CORVAGLIA
Hi, I'm Maria Grazia.
Since 2022 I have been part of the Tre Bacili team and since 2023 I have been its contact person.
Every day I dedicate myself carefully to you: I can welcome you when you arrive at the Reception or greet you when you wake up, but always with the intention of making your stay serene and harmonious.
With intense passion I prepare desserts and savory pies, combining the ancient flavors of Salento with small touches of international inspiration, to offer you authentic and surprising tastes.
Among the scents of the Tre Bacili gardens, coffee and freshly baked desserts, you will find my Salento specialties — such as a fig jam tart or eggs from our land — to make your breakfast a moment of authentic wonder.
Sabrina CAGNAZZO
Hello: my name is Sabrina and from 2023 I have the pleasure of being part of the Tre Bacili team.
I take care of the reception: I will be among the first people you will meet upon your arrival, ready to listen to you, to understand your needs and to make sure that every moment of your stay flows naturally and serenely.
For me, welcoming means creating an authentic dialogue — one made of care, openness, and respect for your own rhythm — so that you can immediately feel at home and free to experience the Residence as your own place in Salento.

Hi, I'm Fabio, a chef for passion.
From 2023 I accompany the Guests of the Tre Bacili on a journey through the flavors, aromas and emotions of Puglia.
I love to tell the story of the territory through the kitchen, preparing authentic dishes for you or with you, just like in the past.
During our meetings you will discover the magic of handmade cuisine: sagne 'ncannulate, orecchiette, macaroni and many other delicacies of our tradition, to be enjoyed with a good local wine.
If you love the sea, I will guide you through its flavors: fresh fish, golden oil, the scent of lemon and herbs that bring with them all the energy of the Salento coast.
If you are a curious explorer or a traveler passionate about gastronomy, I look forward to seeing you at Tre Bacili to share the pleasure of good food together.

Salvatore De PASCALI
Hi, I'm Salvatore and since 2023 I've been taking care of the Tre Bacili.
Weekly I pay attention to the gardens and outdoor spaces, so that when you arrive you can find harmony, beauty and quiet.
The lush greenery, the scents of the plants, the clear water of the swimming pool and the discreet order of the rooms bear my signature: small daily gestures that make the Dimora alive and welcoming.
I am also the point of reference for the staff when intervention or maintenance is needed: I like everything to work without you having to realize it, to make you experience a peaceful stay with attention to every detail.

Filippo BACILE di CASTIGLIONE
Let me introduce myself to you: I am Filippo, born in Florence to a Sienese mother and a Lecce father.
Divided between the sweetness of the Tuscan hills and the strength of the Salento hinterland, I chose to create a place here that would combine my vision of unconventional hospitality and the art of hosting.
I am the involuntary heir of a noble title belonging to an ancient family rooted between Lecce, Castiglione, San Nicola and Spongano. But I always say that the Baron is my son Pietro, born in 2019, in the same days that the construction site of the Dimora came to life.
With Tre Bacili I want to offer you an authentic refuge, where history and modernity meet between period architecture, art, design and sincere care.
